| This seemed like the most appropriate place to ask, so here's my problem.
My girlfriend gave me this nice GE keyboard, specifically the GE Multimedia 98091 keyboard. The issue is that the number row above the qwerty row don't work...
I went to the GE website where and installed the drivers they supplied and now the only keys that work are:
` 5 6 - = \
Any other keys that belong in that row don't work
I don't think its the keyboard because it's brand new, and I don't think its my computer because it too is brand new, I recently built it with a friend. So I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. By the way it plugs in via ps2 and not usb if thats helpful info. | |

| you should first confirm if it is a computer issue or a keyboard issue ie. try it on other pc's, check if other keyboard's work on ur pc... yea thats about it, just doing those should tell you what the problem is, id prob go get it replaced if if was you, assuming its new. | |

| Even new items can have issues. I agree with aries' suggestions. Attempt using it on other pc's, and attempt using other keyboards on your pc. If it doesn't work on other PC's, you've got a defective keyboard, and should go get it exchanged for another one. | |
