| Death Note is probably one of the better animes out there. Short, but still great. A very deep intellectual battle in the show. My favorite character was either Mello or Misa. Did you like the show? Who's your favorite character? Did you like the ending? - Spoiler:
It was ok I guess. It was a simple win/lose ending. But I'm fine with it. It satisfied the show. It was kind of a hint that there will be no OVA.

| i was very content with the ending. - Spoiler:
Light running around, yelling like a psycho, it showed that he was crazy, consumed by his ideals and power, he got what he deserved... almost. a more gruesome death would have made me happier. Because like everyone or at least most people, i sympathised with Light at the start, what he planned to do... it was the logical thing to do. Then eventually you see L's point of view and all that, and then end up on L's side. It was interesting seeing light start with good intentions, then slowly get corrupted by power and greed. my 2 cents.

| I was fine with the ending, although a certain episode I wasn't too glad with. I thought it brought the whole series down to be honest. My favourite character was L, because he was such a genius and his random habits were funny. | |

| I think that the ending was kinda gloomy and was short but still one of the best anime of all time | |

| Ah, Death Note... One of my favorite animes/mangas... That being said, the characters felt a little two-dimensional to me. - Spoiler:
As for my views on the ending... Not well done. Light snapped in an unrealistic way. It did not fit his character at all. He might have snapped eventually, but not to that degree, and not so quickly. It came all too suddenly.
