Somewhere on the world of Marlan lies an ancient obelisk, untouched by time, unaffected by man. It is said that whoever unlocks it's secrets can rewrite the world to their desires, become a master over the new world they had created. This ancient place was soon found by a wayward explorer working for Lumos Corp, a wealthy corporation who expressed interest in developing the island where the obelisk lies. The explorer was soon killed by the native people, who had been protecting the obelisk over the years. Lumos corp has now paid for an allout expedition to the island complete with guards to protect the travellers.
The RP shall start off in a fairly realistic world situation, whoever makes it to the obelisk will choose the changes they wish to make to the world (Futuristic ? , Fantasy ?, etc ?)
